ImpulseVen’s LaunchPad Offering kicks off with a snapshot at 4pm UTC on March 9th followed by the Pre-sale at 5 pm UTC on March 10th

ImpulseVen (VEN) is ready for take off, and we couldn’t be more excited for our very first LaunchPad project!
Our highly anticipated Initial Launchpad Offering for ImpulseVen has already been widely publicized, being picked up by the likes of Associated Press, MarketWatch, Morningstar, VentureBeat, and more.
Today, we’re happy to bring you the finer details of ImpulseVen’s LaunchPad offering.
Pre-Sale Overview
Only the YFDAI staking and farming community and our DuckDAO fundraising partners are invited to participate in VEN’s pre-sale.
VEN’s total raise hard cap is $1,662,500. Of the pre-sale, YFDAI will be raising 50% of the raise amount alongside our partner DuckDAO, who will be raising the other 50% of the pre-sale.
Pre-Sale Round and Timeline
ImpulseVen’s pre-sale on LaunchPad will consist of two private rounds, in addition to a strategic round:
Private Round 1 — Farmers/Stakers only — 10th March 5pm UTC
- You have a guaranteed allocation for 24hrs
- Dapp link will be released in the YFDAI Announcement Channel
Private Round 2 — Farmers/Stakers only — Date and time TBC (to
be confirmed)
- This will be first come first served and a max cap will be given to each wallet.
Pre-sale Prices Per Token:
- Strategic Round — $0.45
- Private Round (Rounds 1 & 2) — $0.475
Buyers will receive tokens from both the Strategic Round and the Private Round as detailed in the Impulseven Whitepaper, with the exact ratio being detailed on the Private sale dapp at launch. Part of the Strategic Round has been used to secure key marketing partners for ImpulseVen’s token launch.
The timeline of events will go as follows:
- Pre-sale Snapshot (YF-DAI stakers/farmers): 4pm UTC on Tuesday, March 9th
- Private Sale: 5pm UTC on Wednesday, March 10th
i. Funding currency is USDT - Public Sale: Time/Date in March (TBC)
- Exchange Listing: Time/Date in March (TBC)
